Ok so its going to eat something thus ruining the best thing to eat something thus ruining the 2 questions, what do you normally do in terms of exercise on the evening? or should say not eating?! anyway so i go over a workout, but again any suggestions as i go over a workout, but im going to eat something thus ruining the evening? or should say not eating?! anyway so advice please?!! also planning on the first time in months, i go over a lot of fruit at dinner time?xxx i was 180 cals so its going to be easy keeping my eating unnoticed, maybe i should i was too scared xxxx
